A Locator Attachment (commonly called a Mouse) is a small electronic transmitter that attaches to drain rods and emits an electromagnetic signal. It's used in conjunction with a CAT (Cable Avoidance Tool) to trace the route of underground drainage pipes and sewers below ground.
